Brymo’s Yellow Abum Will Be Missing Two Songs
Brymo’s Yellow Abum: Olawale Oloforo, otherwise known as Brymo just announced that two songs would be missing from his forthcoming “Yellow” album.
According to him, the album is set for release on April 1st, 2020 and would be a different breed of work. The singer revealed that the album would be divided into three sides and will include a sole feature from Nigerian singer Lindsey Abudei.
This would be unlike any of his other works.
It will comprise 17 songs: 6 recorded in English, 5 in Nigerian Pidgin, 5 in Yoruba and 1 in Igbo.
Now, it would seem that two songs would be off the tracklist due to technical issues.
He revealed that the songs “Iya Awele” and “Ife” did not make the cut and assured fans that the album would be released on the 1st of April as scheduled.
He wrote: “Due to technical issues there’ll be two songs less on “Yellow”… “Iya Awele” and “Ife” didn’t make the cut and I’m mad!!… but I promised the album will be in stores 1st April and the team is making sure of that… sorry about this guys..”
Brymo’s kind of music is a mixture of fuji, R&B, alternative rock, Yoruba music, folk music, pop and Afrobeat.
He is definitely bent on putting his light out there for the world to see and we can’t wait for April!
